Every vehicle is priced over the phone. Give us the year, model, and honest condition and we quote you on the spot — the driver confirms it when he sees the vehicle. Paid in cash at pickup, towing included. We answer 24 hours.
Some buyers advertise free towing and then deduct a handling, processing, or distance charge from the payment. The tow was free; the deduction was not. The net result is the same.
We do not do that. The towing is included in the offer we make, and there is no separate line taken off at the curb for distance, paperwork, or equipment.
Narrow alleys, tight driveways, a car parked in behind two others, no wheels, seized brakes, or a vehicle that needs to be winched out of a rear yard. All of that is normal work for us and none of it adds a charge.
It does affect scheduling, so describe the situation on the phone. That way the driver arrives with the right truck instead of coming back a second time.
You still owe nothing. If the driver arrives, looks at the vehicle, and the price no longer works for you, you keep the car and we leave. There is no callout charge for a job that does not go ahead.
That is a deliberate policy. A callout fee would pressure people into accepting a number they are not happy with, and we would rather lose the job than have that argument in someone's driveway.

Your phone quote is built from what you tell us. The driver confirms it in person, so the more accurate your description, the closer the cash matches the quote.
Engine and transmission still in it, catalytic converter attached, all four wheels on, newer model year, title in hand.
Converter already cut off, engine or transmission pulled, wheels gone, or damage that wasn't mentioned on the phone. No title also brings it down, since we take on the paperwork.
